“My mom is a patient at Trinity Station and I think they are great. They take excellent care of her. I’m in and out of there all of the time over a period of years and I have never heard any staff member say anything cross to a patient. Everything is always clean and they have so many activities that I have to work around the things mom wants to do to get to see her. Thank you for the wonderful job that you all do.”
“I can highly recommend Trinity Station. My dad lived at Trinity Station for 21 months. He lived upstairs in his one bedroom apartment until about 4 months prior to his death, when he moved downstairs to personal care. He received wonderful care during his stay and he enjoyed the fellowship with the other residents. Nancy and Alona were so kind to our family and were always happy to answer our questions over the phone if we had to miss a day visiting our dad. We never regretted the decision of choosing Trinity Station for our dad.”
“The staff is wonderful. The facility is very updated and very nice.”
“At first I was hesitant about going to visit a dear friend of our family, because she had always been very independent and I worried that her independence was taken away from her. Although I knew she needed assistance in some things I was still saddened by the decision to place here in a community. To my relief she was still independent and just as happy. The staff was very friendly and did not try and take over decisions and things that she could do. Only offering assistance in things that would have been difficult for her living out on her own. The staff was extremely and friendly. They were very considerate of her and her needs. The facility is extremely clean and bright. Very happy and bright place. It makes a family member and friend feel relief and happy to know that she is happy and given all the assistance she needs to continue on with her own independence. I would highly recommend Trinity Station to anyone and everyone. Thank you Trinity Station for making her happy which in turn makes me happy.”
“My mother was a resident there for years. Before she passed and we went to hospice, one of the nurses from Trinity Station stopped by to see her. I wanted to tell everyone how grateful we are to the people at Trinity Station, the management, nurses, Dr McCoy, and all the staff how incredible and helpful they have been to Mom and us. They took such good care of her and loved her like she was their mother. One of her caregivers even asked if we cared if he could pray with us before he left. If anyone needs care for a loved one I couldn’t think of a better place or people. I hope they all understand how much they mean to us. Thank you.”
